It's has been a troubling year between the extensive forest fires and flooding to the devastation wrought by the recent back-to-back hurricanes. Our thoughts are with our customers and their loved ones as they rebuild their lives after these natural disasters. We recognize the importance of speaking with a real person and continue to offer North American live phone support to all of our active support plan members at 1-855-660-2555.

 

As always, we strive to answer all of your support needs as quickly as we can but appreciate your understanding that priority is always given to emergency calls. For non-urgent issues, customers on active plans have unlimited email support and can always submit a support ticket directly to the ACE POS support team to save their annual support calls for emergencies.
