As Shopify deprecated their support of TLS 1.0 and 1.1 as of May 31, 2018, we have made the necessary changes to the ACE Retail point-of-sale software to support TLS 1.2
All active ACE POS support plan members should contact us to get the latest ACE Retail software update to be able to maintain your integration. To schedule an appointment, please email support@acepos-solutions.com
This change initiated by Shopify will stop all syncing of data between ACE Retail and your Shopify account until you are updated. In the meantime, rest assured that any online sales during this time will remain queued in Shopify and will be synced to ACE Retail once you update your POS software.
